“Pikiko” is the name of a creative enrichment programme operated by Atas Mindset Sdn Bhd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Atas Mindset Sdn Bhd.
2. What this website is for
This website provides information about the Pikiko programme to kindergartens, preschools, primary schools and parents, and allows you to send us an enquiry. Nothing is sold through this website and no payment is taken on it.
3. No contract is formed through this website
Information on this site is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us.
Any programme we deliver is governed solely by the written agreement signed between Atas Mindset Sdn Bhd and your school or kindergarten. Where anything on this website differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
4. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this site accurate and current. Class durations, age ranges, group sizes, materials and programme structure are described as they normally apply, and may be adjusted by agreement to suit a particular school.
Pricing is not published on this site. Fees are confirmed in writing in your programme proposal.
We do not give educational, medical, developmental or therapeutic advice through this website. Pikiko is a creative enrichment programme, not a therapy or a treatment.
5. Photographs and illustrations
Photographs and illustrations on this website are used to show the kind of work children produce and the way a session runs. They do not depict identifiable children from our classes. We do not collect or publish personal data about the children who take part in Pikiko programmes.
6. Enquiries you send us
When you send us an enquiry you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your school or organisation. Please do not send us personal data about children through this website. We do not need it and we do not want to hold it.
How we handle the information you send is set out in our privacy notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, the Pikiko name and logo, our curriculum descriptions, lesson structure and project designs — is owned by or licensed to Atas Mindset Sdn Bhd and is protected under the Copyright Act 1987 and other applicable laws.
You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating the programme for your own school. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt or use our content commercially, or use it to develop a competing programme, without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to send spam or bulk unsolicited enquiries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest content or contact details by automated means, or for any unlawful purpose.
9. Links to other websites
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this website.

Our liability in relation to any programme we deliver is governed by the written agreement with your school, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
